The flat does not have a dedicated parking spot available. Filey has free on-street parking, and it is often possible to find parking spots directly outside the flat.
During busy periods, you may have to drive around to find a spot. Filey's parking wardens are very active and we have seen several cars being given a parking ticket, so make sure to park legally. Don't park on the pavement, and don't block a dropped-curb or driveway.
The map below shows the flat and surrounding roads. Highlighted in green are the nearest places for on-street parking. In orange are alternatives, where there may be spaces but they are a short walk from the flat. In red are the streets that I would not bother trying.
If you are really struggling, then I recommend driving down West Road (on the left of the map) as there is almost always a spot down there.
