External Entrance
The building has 2 external doors:
Door 1 is the main entrance. This entrance has a keypad entry system.
Door 2 is used as an emergency exit only.
External Door 1 Keypad
We will send you the code for this before your check-in.
Enter the code, and the door will unlock. If you see a red light, try entering the code again.
If you can't get it to unlock, please call us. We can tell you on how to get access to a key instead, details here.
Internal Entrance
The internal door uses a Yale smart-lock.
To use this, you will receive your personal entry code to the flat before your check-in. This code is unique to you, and will only work for the duration of your stay.
Yale Smart Lock
1. By default, you will not see the numbers on the keypad
2. Cover the black part of the lock completely with your hand to activate the keypad
3. Enter the code that you have been provided, followed by the star key
4. Rotate the lock clockwise, and open the door with the door handle at the same time.
