If there is a problem getting into the flat using the external keypad, there is a lockbox at the rear of the building with a key for door #2
To the left of door #2 is a path to a courtyard at the back of the building
There is a black lock-box mounted to the wall
Pull down the cover to reveal the number dial

Make sure that all of the numbers line up exactly in the middle, then slide the black button down and pull the box open
Use the Yale key on door #2. Once inside, go up the stairs to the first floor. The door has a Yale smart-lock, exactly like the one on the other entrance. Please go back to the main check-in page (click here) to see how to use that lock.
