What time is check-in/check-out?
Where do I collect the keys from?
Can I request late check-out?
Check-out is by 10am. If you would like to check-out after 10am, please message us through AirBnB/Booking.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

What do you provide?
What are the bedroom configurations?
Do you provide hairdryers?
Yes, we provide a hair dryer in each bedroom.
Do you provide towels and bed linen?
Yes, we provide each person with one bath towel and hand towel. All bed linen is provided. We do not provide beach towels, please bring these with you.
Is the bedding allergenic?
Yes, the bedding in the flat is premium and made of duck feathers and down. Non-allergenic bedding is available upon request, please just message us ahead of check-in.
Does the property have stairs?
Yes, the flat is located on the first floor. You will need to be able to climb a short set of stairs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Do you have a washing machine?
We don't have washing facilities, however there is a laundrette 3mins walks away: Filey Bay Launderette, 21 Mitford St
How far away is the beach?
It's less than a 10 minute walk to Filey beach. There are couple of routes, along the ravine, down Queen St and through the town.
Where is the nearest pub or restaurant?
Less than 1 minute away you’ll find the family friendly Station Pub (opposite the flat). The Star is 5 minutes away on Mitford Street. Italian food can be enjoyed at La Gondola or Bella Italia, both also 5 minutes away on Mitford Street. Finally for Fish and Chips the nearest places (both great) are Dickie Bees about 3 minutes away, or slightly further away (6-7 minutes) is The Brown Room, our family favourite Fish & Chip place in Filey.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
How do I contact you?
You are welcome to contact us with any questions before or during your holiday. We are more than happy to help. Shortly before check-in, we will send a message with entry codes for the flat, and included in this message will be direct phone numbers for both of us. If you would like to contact us before booking or before check-in, please send us a message via Air BnB or Booking.com
